Gado Gado (Indonesian Salad with Peanut Dressing)

Mixed steamed vegetable salad with fresh cucumbers, boiled eggs, , fried tofu and tempeh, fried potatoes. Served with a choice of steam rice or lontong (rice cakes). Topped with sauce kacang (peanut sauce) and garlic crackers.
